Scope

These terms apply to every agreement between Octuno GmbH and users of the octuno.io platform. Conflicting terms are only recognized with written consent.

Scope of service

Octuno provides a software-as-a-service platform for TikTok Shop sellers. Feature scope depends on the selected plan.

Trial

Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial without payment details. Octuno may change, limit or discontinue features without prior notice.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. Liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

Governing law and venue

German law applies under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Venue for disputes with merchants is Berlin.
